Nicole Avery is the master organiser behind the popular parenting blog – that’s me! I have been blogging at Planning with Kids for over 4 years now and it is where I shares tips and tricks to organising the chaos of family life. My first book, Planning with Kids, was released in May 2011 by Wright Books. The blog now attracts over 100,000 unique visitors a month.

I live in an inner eastern suburb of Melbourne, Australia with my gorgeous husband and our five amazing kids. Before children, I completed a Business Degree, majoring in Finance. The bulk of my working career prior to kids was spent at a large telecommunciations company. I had a number of different roles, key ones being Performance Manager, Call Centre Manager and Project Manager. I stepped away from corporate life in 2001 to focus on my family.
In January 2008 I started my online presence with my main blog Planning With Kids. Since then I have gone on to create niche blogs and also a coaching blog to help other bloggers gain success in the Aussie Mummy Blogging niche.
